Victoria is a Software Engineer, Content Creator and a seasoned Tech Professional with over 5 years of experience in marketing, designing and building digital products.

She is a UI Developer at Themis, where she leads user interface and experience design and also builds software applications. Victoria is also a diversity and inclusion advocate, and she is zealous about promoting and encouraging women and girls in Science and Technology. She is a pioneering member of a female's Initiative within her current organisation where she contributes to building a more inclusive workplace. Her passion to help other people thrive in their careers led her in creating the brand - TheCodeChamp, which is an online social platform that helps people to get into the tech industry by aggregating career resources through storytelling, informative videos and educative content.
