Ice Cream Jubilee has two locations in Washington, DC - in the Navy Yard and in the 14th Street corridor. Because of flavors like Banana Bourbon Caramel, Cardamom Black Pepper, and Thai Iced Tea, Ice Cream Jubilee has been voted the Best Ice Cream in DC in the Washington CityPaper and Washingtonian magazines and named one of the ten Best Ice Cream Shops in America by Thrillist, Tastemade, Food & Wine, and other publications. Victoria's transition from government lawyer to icecreampreneur has been featured by NBC Nightly News, More Magazine, and EdibleDC.
