Victor coordinates and leads engineering efforts across the product and engineering teams, which include two offshore development teams in Taiwan and Vietnam. He is employee number one at Carousell and has previously taken on the role of a backend engineer before stepping up to lead the engineering team.
He is also active in helping to organize events and conferences to encourage sharing within Singapore's developer community, and was the President for the Python User Group in Singapore from 2013 to 2015. Victor graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science).
