Veronica grew up with houseplants all around her as a young child and teenager so their presence in her life is nothing new. The daughter to a master gardener, helping to harvest the food from their edible garden was common practice. Helping her mother is what initially sparked Veronica's interest in and love for plants that would later put her on a path to using plants as therapy.
As an avid houseplant enthusiast, Veronica uses her personal platform to share with others how caring for plants saved her life and continue to add value to her everyday routine. "Plant Therapy is Real" is a tagline she uses and an IGTV show concept that spreads the messaging that plants can and should be use for therapeutic practices to enrich our mental, spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.
