Verity Babbs is an art writer, curator, aspiring broadcaster and comedian based in Southampton, from Northampton. She graduated with a BA in History of Art from the University of Oxford in 2019. She is the assistant curator for Rise Art, and host of ‘Art Laughs’, a YouTube series (and now live comedy night) which sees the UK’s funniest stand ups interviewed about a work of art of their choice.
