Vanessa Motley is the Head of Customer Experience for Weddington Way, a collaborative online shopping boutique for wedding parties. Prior to joining Weddington Way, Vanessa served as the Head of Merchandising at Customer Experience at oohilove.com (an online auction for designer handbags) where she aided in the launch, operation, and sell of the high fashion e-commerce start-up. Before attending business school, she worked at film and television production company Simmons Lathan Media Group where she helped launch the first Hip Hop Video-On-Demand channel. Vanessa holds a BA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and an MBA from Stanford University.
