Vanessa has over 10 years of experience in product development, data science and user experience research. Before co-founding Vari Solutions, Vanessa led the Global Growth team at Shutterstock, where she created and drove product strategy as well as international expansion. Prior to Shutterstock, Vanessa worked as a data scientist at Google, where she focused on understanding user behaviour in Gmail and developed product recommendations. Vanessa holds a PhD in Neuroeconomics from Caltech, an MSc in Applicable Mathematics from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Economics from Yale College. She speaks six languages fluently.
