Valerie Pontiff is honored to lead the Junior League of Boston as its President 2015-2016. In this volunteer role, Valerie oversees the premier women’s leadership training and community service organization in greater Boston. With 1,000 members, and currently celebrating its 110th year, the Junior League of Boston has 19 unique Community Service programs, located in almost all of Boston’s neighborhoods. Focused on adolescent girls, the custom designed curricula promote self-esteem, wellness, nutrition and creativity in the arts. Through a cumulative placement process, the Junior League provides some of the best non-profit leadership training in the nation.

Professionally, Valerie serves as the Managing Partner, Boston for Mohr Partners, the largest privately held global corporate real estate service firm. She holds the MAI and CCIM designations and her team was nominated in 2015 for the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) downtown deal of the year for the relocation of the CDM Smith headquarters from Cambridge to Boston. Valerie resides in Newton with her husband and children.
