Tuukka works at the UCL Institute for Global Prosperity as Senior Lecturer in Social & Economic Innovation. Originally from Finland, he directs the institute’s flagship programme, the MSc in Global Prosperity (due to launch in September). Tuukka’s current ESRC-funded organisational research traces how sustainable entrepreneurs develop their business models through creative interactions within London’s collaborative spaces. He is passionate about supporting young transition leaders through co-designing programmes that teach personal resilience, entrepreneurial skills, a global sense of ethics, and a nuanced understanding of the most important problems facing humanity in the 21st century.
