Tse Kai Hua is a seasoned Product Coach & Design Facilitator with over a decade of experience spanning entrepreneurship, design, and product management. After founding his own e-commerce business, Kai worked with companies like Singtel, Undercurrent Capital, and NEC Asia Pacific, where he consistently improved user experiences through thoughtful design and product strategy. He excels in product discovery, UX methodologies, and de-risking product initiatives, bringing practical expertise in both design implementation and strategic product thinking. Currently, Kai runs his own consultancy helping early-stage startups build impactful products through customer-centered design approaches.
