Troy Townsend has over 10 years experience in the advertising, promotions and social media industries. He has worked across Europe, North America and Australasia and is now the Co-Founder and CCO of social media technology, Tiger Pistol.
After setting up Insured Creativity in 2008, Troy was part of the executive management team of Geotoko a location based marketing platform that was acquired by Hoot Suite in 2011.
Troy has worked on social media campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands such as NAB, AOL, Kimberly-Clark, Unilever, The Home Depot, Pepsi, Subway, Schweppes, American Express and Village Roadshow. Since creating Tiger Pistol, Troy wants to create the world’s first social media platform that services specifically the SME market.
