    Travis Alber manages the Inclusive Design Team for Google’s Cloud Platform, where she helps deliver more accessible patterns and components for the Cloud Design System. She has 20 years in product design in both web and app worlds, and in her current role supports the products created by 2,000 Google engineers and UXers.

    Prior to Google, Travis was an SVP at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, a healthcare ad agency specializing in digital content for doctors and patients. She also spent a handful of years as an entrepreneur focused on publishing innovation, building products that offered readers discussions within digital books (covered in Book: A Futurist’s Manifesto). In the early years of the Internet, Travis also worked at Cisco and Organic, with clients including Macy’s, Playstation, Sprint, Midway Games and Dodge. Travis and her work has been recognized by the Webby Awards, NPR, Wired magazine, and The Utne Reader. She has an MA in Interactive Multimedia.
