Tove Hardner

I am a Swedish-Australian data analyst who has a passion of combining digital insights with socio-cultural perspectives.

From a background in video gaming, media and communications, events management and a love for digital communities, I took a chance in early 2021 to explore my new love of data analytics by enrolling in the nine-week pilot immersive program in Data Analytics at General Assembly. Since then I have continued to develop my skills through vast mentoring opportunities, finishing a postgraduate program in Digital Communications.

My favourite thing about data is teaching that data is vast and subjective and it’s the analysts that bring meaning to it by their work in collecting, cleaning, manipulating and reporting on it. I really enjoy combining my experiences in humanities and social sciences with a new technical mindset and how each new day in tech brings a variety of experiences and new insights into our constantly changing world.
