Tony heads up Biz Dev & Ops at Leap.ai. He grew up in Queens, NYC where he discovered his love for telling stories, dancing, and breaking things. Abandoning his city roots to study mechanical engineering and sculpture at Dartmouth, Tony found his voice in the hills of New Hampshire. Several creative writing/poetry awards and engineering problem sets later, he put his critical and creative thinking skills to the test in the field of education - first in the Marshall Islands as a teacher and school leader, then in Boston as a high school math teacher. It was during this time he learned the powerful importance of connecting with people. While completing his MBA at Stanford, he dove into design thinking, which helped him frame his approach to building empathy and storytelling. He's shared his approach to storytelling with the Stanford community, Toastmasters leadership, and leaders in Tech.
