Tom Vale
Founder, Frog Music Licensing

Tom Vale learned music licensing in Los Angeles, first as a music supervisor on independent films and working at the radio station KCRW, and later working for the music supervisors of HBO’s show Six Feet Under. After moving to Austin in 2008, he founded Frog Music Licensing, a company connecting independent musicians with film, TV and advertising clients. In addition to serving on the board of Black Fret, he’s spoken on panels at the Austin Television Festival and for the Austin Music Foundation. He lives in south Austin with his wife and three children.
