Tom has dedicated his career to making companies happy places to work. He is the Engagement Lead at Headspace, a global leader in meditation and mindfulness.
When Tom joined Headspace in 2012, the company had only a handful of employees working in a small London office. As Headspace now grows past 300 employees in four offices globally, he helps ensure they walk the talk when it comes to meditating at work. His role as Engagement Lead involves working with Headspace’s ‘Headspace for Work’ clients globally to support them in building a culture of using Headspace in their workplaces. He lives in LA and loves playing the drums.
