Tom is an Onboarding Project Manager at Sonder, a technology-enabled hospitality company recently valued at over $1B. Sonder provides beautiful spaces built for travel and life in cities around the world and relies on digital tools to operate efficiently and effectively. Before joining Sonder, Tom served in the US Navy as a nuclear engineer and program manager, overseeing the design and maintenance of submarine and aircraft carrier nuclear power plant equipment. Tom also volunteers as President of the Board of Engineering for Hope, a nonprofit that partners with local communities around the world to develop sustainable engineering solutions. Tom holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from George Washington University.
