He received his PhD from the University of Pennsylvania in Demography and later pivoted to the world of business where he developed a passion for understanding the drivers of customer loyalty and consumer behavior. Tom is currently Partner at The Langston Co., a Denver-based strategy and insights firm helping organizations make better decisions through consumer insights.
