Tom Alterman is a UX designer and web developer who's passionate about solving real problems in people's lives. He enjoys both design and development, equally comfortable at sketching out user journeys as writing JavaScript. Previously, he worked with large organisations such as Transport for London, Vodafone, Three Mobile and Orange before moving into startups. He's now UX and Front-End lead at TrialReach, a fast growing healthcare startup. He also runs workshops and gives talks on demystifying the UX process and getting teams sketching better products.
