He is also actively involved in the tech community serving as a mentor with Cornell Tech's Start Up Studio. Before this, TJ was a Co-Founder and COO of Seashells, a venture-backed startup in New York launched out of ERA's accelerator program. Seashells is a next-general consumer rewards platform with multiple products; a mobile app, web platform and a browser extension.

    With a background in Product, Operations, User Experience, Growth and Marketing, and Business Development, TJ loves working with companies of all stages to create meaningful experiences that help transform their business.
