Tim Lowden manages an aggregated web analytics program that records over 2 billion pageviews on more than 5,000 websites each month. He oversees customer support, training, implementation, and troubleshooting for over 2,000 Google Analytics users who use the data to optimize content and improve their websites for the end-user.

Tim has been part of teams that have been awarded the Harvard Innovations in American Government Award and the Walter Gellhorn Innovation Award. In 2016, he was named to LinkedIn's "Next Wave," cited as one of ten under-35 "stars changing how government and policy works." Prior to his government service, he worked at the UN's International Labour Organization. He is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Morocco, and holds degrees from SUNY Buffalo and the George Washington University.
