Diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome at age 54, Denver-based business consultant and Sr Technical Consultant for a major global company, Tim Goldstein is also a Neurodiverse Communications Specialist – the only one in the world doing specifically what he does. Tim offers new concepts for understanding the neurodistinct mind. He helps organizations of all types and sizes train their leaders and employees to understand their neurodistinct co-workers with autism and other neurodistinctions how each other perceives and processes.
With decades of experience in business and consulting both in and out of the tech world, Tim, 60, offers speaking, consulting, training, and coaching for all types of business and organizations. Using his Neuro Cloud™ concept, he helps the majority understand the Spock-like logical approach of the technical and creative world. His book, Geeks Guide to Interviews: 15 Critical Items for the Technical Type, is available to those looking to better understand challenges to the autistic and neurodistinct in the workforce. His lecturing at Cornell University has brought a unique perspective to their course in Neurodiversity.
