As one of the first Bonobos employees, Tiffany has had the pleasure of wearing a number of hats throughout her career. In her current role of Sr. Employee Experience Manager Tiffany focuses on making people and culture a strategic driver of the business. Her passion for building a diverse, inclusive, and productive work environment has been an integral part of the company's success so far.
Prior to Bonobos, Tiffany worked at Sustainable Bolivia, a non-profit in Cochabamba, Bolivia. She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
