Tiara Budd Ramos has spent her career working in advertising, digital strategy, and communications. Her pivot into the diversity, equity, and inclusion space was due to her experiences in the public relations agency world and her desire to make corporate a more inclusive place.

She currently works at NBCUniversal as a Diversity and Inclusion Manager on the Ad Sales team. Tiara graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Spanish.
