Thomas assists with technology matters and other legal issues that start-ups face, including employment and commercial contracts. Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Thomas taught at an Australian university, tutoring both undergraduate and postgraduate business students on how law can affect business decisions. He has also published various articles on contractual interpretation and contractual remedies.
