Thomas Grainger is the Creator Engagement Manager at TikTok Australia and New Zealand. Commencing their career in film & television production as a producer,Thomas transitioned into digital marketing, working for the world’s largest cloud based video creation platform, 90 Seconds during the period when the “creator-economy” was taking off. Thomas’ previous role was the Content and Social Account Lead at creative agency The Works, delivering multimedia campaigns for Destination NSW, Business Australia, News Corp and Moet Hennessy. Thomas is deeply passionate about diversity of representation on screen, whether this be on television or digital platforms like TikTok. They have also been a drag queen for eight years, performing across the world and online as a digital content creator.
