Thiru's primary experience falls within the realm of a researcher, being proficient at in depth interviews, contextual based research, focus groups, observational research, eye tracking studies & heuristics evaluations.
Thiru has been fortunate enough to have worked both client side and agency side which has given him a breadth of knowledge in a diverse range of industries, and also has allowed him to understand the needs of various stakeholder groups. Thiru has extensive experience working within various customer touchpoints such as mobile, desktop and non digital mediums. This has allowed him to continually grow his understanding of how a organisations goals can successfully align to their customer's behavioural traits and fundamental needs.
