Theresa Lynch is a Sr. Solution Architect and systems delivery SME at Booz Allen in the Digital team within the Strategic Innovation Group (SIG). She is focused on leading large scale IT Modernization and Transformation efforts for programs across the DoD. With nearly 20 years with the firm, she has supported clients across Civil, Health and Commercial and is currently focused the DoD and Intelligence Community. As a digital transformation agent, she leverages her expertise in Cloud, modern software development technologies and practices such as User-Centered Design, Microservices, DevSecOps,SAFe and Agile methodologies to lead her clients to Modern Open Agile Architectures that support that not only business and data needs of today but will grow and evolve with them in the future. Theresa currently leads a portfolio of IT Modernization and software delivery projects for the DoD clients, and is spearheading the Women in Digital community within the SIG.
