Theo is a record breaking salesperson, sales leader, coach and speaker with a 20+ year career beginning in sales in 1998 spanning sales management, enablement and management consulting specialising in sales uplift and breaking a number of sales records across multiple industries including direct sales, private banking, real estate & consulting. He has personally trained hundreds of salespeople and delivered keynote speeches and sales training to clients including including Google, Schroders, AXA and Carlson Wagonlit.
He was previously Director of Sales Enablement for Oracle in APAC, prior to joining Google Cloud as Head of Sales Enablement for JAPAC.
He is an Internationally capped sportsman, semi-professional emcee and appeared in the Hollywood film, ‘Crazy Rich Asians’. He is also a past National Public Speaking Champion in Singapore and has opened for Singapore's most famous comic.
Theo is a Thinkfluencer with Tigerhall, the World’s first Mentor Media Platform, and was the Headline Speaker at the Sales Enablement Festival 2021.
