Thaddeus is a UI Architect for a large e-commerce Website based in San Francisco, CA where he is an advocate for accessibility, inclusive design practices and collaboration amongst cross-functional team. Prior to his current role in e-commerce he has held senior level technology positions in advertising. He has held a similar workshop for the non-profit, Girl Develop It, as well as acted as a mentor for their Hackathons. Thaddeus is a member the Bay Area Accessibility and Inclusive Design Meet-up.
