Tehya’s career in digital started when she asked just one question "Why is it so hard for our customers to buy online?"
At the time she was working for an AFL club assisting a sponsor with a query and was surprised (and secretly thrilled) to identify ways she could easily improve their online shopping experience. From that moment, she was hooked.
Since then, Tehya has worked in digital for over 12 years in a variety of industries including sport, major events and luxury hotels. She spent two years in London at an eCommerce group where she was responsible for the overall customer experience of its UK, Italian and German websites. On her return to Melbourne, she worked for a leading user experience agency before joining Australia’s largest health insurer, Medibank Private as a Digital Product Manager.
Tehya is passionate about solving users’ problems, using analytics insights to drive decisions. Her motto is: deliver value and keep it simple.
