Tedd works in the training department at Braintree, a payments company and a subsidiary of PayPal. A bulk of his training experience is in the credit and risk department, however, over the past year he has moved to the learning team, specializing in new hire onboarding, e-learning, and training process development. Braintree, through its training programs, strives to create an open and diverse work environment, giving employees the tools to succeed both at work and in the real world.
