Tara Elwell Henning is the co-founder of Bloomwell, an encommerce platform for modern parents launching with apparel for expecting and new moms. Prior to Bloomwell, Tara was an early employee at Narvar, a retail-technology platform, where she ran Retail Strategy. She co-founded the Women at Narvar committee and wrote the maternity leave policy as Narvar’s first employee to have a baby. Prior to Narvar, she spent almost 10 years with leading global retailers (Louis Vuitton, Walmart) in merchandising and planning. She loves to spend weekends either on the coast, in wine country or up in Tahoe. Tara lives in Sausalito, CA with her husband, Louis, their two daughters (Alexandra, 4 & Taylor, 2) and black lab, Parker.
