Tanya Jones currently serves as the senior manager of recruiting at HomeAdvisor. She has been recruiting and hiring technical professionals for more than 10 years, starting her career in college admissions before transitioning to technical recruiting. In her current role, Jones leads the hiring efforts for HomeAdvisor’s corporate staff, working across teams in technology, product, marketing, finance and corporate development. During the past 6 years with HomeAdvisor, Jones focused on establishing the brand as a top workplace in Colorado by improving candidate experience and streamlining interview processes. Jones also helped launch HomeAdvisor’s first true summer internship program in 2016, which hosted a mix of high school students, college students, and post-grads.
