Part of the inaugural list for Singapore 40-over-40 Inspiring Women (www.singapore40over40.com), Ching Ching joined Ngee Ann Poly in January 2016. As Director of Sandbox, the Innovation and Entrepreneurial office of NP, she leads several initiatives to promote innovation and entrepreneurship among students, alumni and corporations. These include PolyFinTech 100 which was launched by the 5 polys and MAS to prepare the next generation of manpower for the FinTech industry. She launched the campus incubator with Ngee Ann Polytechnic partner – UOB in Dec 2020.
She had worked in banking and government sectors with focus on national level initiatives e.g. FAST/PayNow, CEPAS and CashCard. Led the Clearing House to clinch the first runner-up prize for FAST at the National Infocomm Award.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from The National University of Singapore.
