Tabitha Upton currently works as a Recruiter at Datadog, where she is responsible for recruiting for the Sales Development team. She originally joined Datadog as the Recruiting Coordinator where she made sure that each candidate had a smooth and enjoyable interview process. Prior to Datadog she worked for a Waltham tech start up where she was a Sales Development Representative as well as their HR Manager. Tabitha graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 2015 with a degree in Management. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the National Parks and traveling as much as possible.

Datadog helps software developers and web operators understand and turn their IT data into actionable insight. Their platform brings together data from all different applications, servers, databases and tools to help dev & ops teams better monitor complex infrastructures.
