Sylvia Lai is a product designer at Pivotal Labs where she works closely with startup and enterprise clients and coaches them on lean UX, agile methodologies and user-centered design. Prior to Pivotal, she worked at Laserfiche where she led the design overhaul of the product suite for web, desktop and mobile platforms. She believes that no users should suffer from poor design and good design should be invisible.
