Sydney Torabi is a lover of fitness, wellness, and nutrition. She’s a former D1 collegiate swimmer, and current Under Armor sponsored athlete. When she’s not pushing herself in a burpee challenge, or whipping up her favorite paleo meal in the kitchen, she co-owns RESTART CBD, an education first CBD wellness brand with her sisters and Co-Founders. Growing up an athlete, cannabis wasn’t always a topic of conversation but with more and more benefit to athletic recovery, Sydney has become a believer and now uses CBD products regularly to reduce inflammation and increase relaxation.
