Before entering the field of coaching and committing to a process of becoming a certified coach, Svetlana spent years in scientific research pursuing her doctorate in life sciences. Her teaching experiences from graduate school led to opportunities as a leader at Toastmasters, facilitator of career development workshops on university campuses and creator of leadership and communication courses. Svetlana’s diverse background makes her relatable and knowledgeable in goal achievement, adaptability, and networking. She empowers others to leverage their past experiences and skills while advancing in her own professional career and as an entrepreneur.
