Suzanne Cengia
Suzanne has 30 years of design experience working in both Australia and Europe, for large corporates and small companies. Starting in print and then web design, for the last seven years Suzanne has focused on User Experience, Service, and Product Design. And is a graduate of the General Assembly User Experience Design Immersive course in 2015.
Recently, Suzanne’s work comprises research and design in finance, travel, telco, not-for-profit, and technology areas. Before joining GA, Suzanne was a Design Principle at the Silicon Valley-based [24]7.ai, where she worked on a next-generation Software as a Service platform that connects people with AI customer service solutions. She is skilled in the full suite of experience design methodologies, from research to workshops, vision setting, and hands-on design using Adobe, Sketch, Axure, and Figma design tools.
