Susan Nguyen
Chief of Staff, Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics
Susan Nguyen is the Chief of Staff for the Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics. She develops new methods to deliver thoughtful experiences and services to residents and visitors of Boston. She co-lead the start up of Boston's Housing Innovation Lab and has led engagement projects such as Snowstats, Pitch Boston, and Block Quotes.
Previously, Susan helped develop grassroots advocacy campaigns in the Bay Area on land use and transportation equity with Transform. Susan holds a BA in History of Art and Architecture + Economics from Harvard College and a Masters in Urban Planning from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design.
