Susan has recently joined Kin&Co, the Culture & Comms agency, as a Senior Culture Consultant. She's spent over 15 years in Retail Marketing working with brands including Marks & Spencer, White Stuff and most recently Boden. Susan is experienced in crafting design-winning communication campaigns for global audiences. She was a lead on a leadership training programme at White Stuff that piqued her interest in internal culture. She is now passionate about helping brands find their vision and purpose and firmly believes work should be 'fulfilling and fun'.
In her spare time you'll find her indulging in fitness, especially yoga, and the occasional piece of chocolate fudge cake (actually any chocolate treat will pretty much do!)
