Susan Cabana
Owner, Nourish Your Soul
Boston
A passionate wellness advocate, Susan Cabana helps her clients improve their lives through healthy diet choices and smart life strategies. After receiving her BA in finance from St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH, she forged a successful 18-year career for an investment company. The sudden death of her husband at age 37, coupled with the loss of her long-term job on Wall Street left her searching for a more meaningful way of life. She soon discovered that an investment in whole foods had a more fruitful return and enrolled in two renowned nutrition programs: Natalia Rose’s Intensive Teacher Training program and NYC’s holistic Institute for Integrative Nutrition. A personal yoga discovery led her to the Prana teacher-training program and her certification through yoga alliance. Susan’s mission with Nourish Your Soul’s yoga offerings, juice and cleanse products and education programs is simple: to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and happiness one breath, sip, and moment at a time. Cold-pressed in a hydraulic press, Nourish Your Soul juices extract up to five times more nutrients than juices prepared with other methods and contain no fillers or added sugar to interfere with your body’s absorption of all that natural goodness. Completely dairy-free, the smoothies are made with the highest quality ingredients and can include a healthy boost of maca, cacao, chia, flax, lucuma, bee pollen or hemp. Nourish Your Soul opened its first brick-and-mortar shop in West Medford center in June 2012 and followed with a larger location in South Boston at The Club by George Forman III in January 2014.
