She held key developmental roles in several business start-ups before becoming a founding member of the Delivering Happiness consulting team, co-founded by Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com. Here she co-built the model and consulted with organizations around the world with measurable results.
In 2016, Sunny founded Culture Trails to evolve the approach and bring the methodology to companies with more modest budgets, because money should not be an obstacle to realizing a great culture where people, businesses and communities can thrive.
