Presently working in the Gaming Entertainment industry as Creative Director / Head of UX.
Steven gained a MA in Communications Management, and was educated in the UK, gaining a BA in Design Electronic Media at Staffordshire University. He returned to HK in 1995, mainly with 4As agencies such as M&C Saatchi and D’Arcy and founded D’Arcy Interactive, where he created the first Coca-Cola interactive website in China and was instrumental in winning the Moet Hennessy Riche Monde interactive project account.
During 04, Steven joined Ion Global as CD and led interactive projects ranging from property to hotel industry, and in mid 06 he moved to Designercity, a long-established interactive agency with a raft of major clients.
Whilst he was at there as Partner, ECD worked with varieties of new digital media included mobile, iOS apps, AR, kiosks and the Microsoft Surface won some major awards.
In late 2011, he left Designercity and went to the client side as Director, Product Management at The Walt Disney Company (APAC) – The Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Online.
With over 20+ years experiences in Creative Direction, Digital Strategy, Branding/Digital Marketing and User Experience Steven is passionate about creative and innovation, he's on a quest to change how corporate think about creative mindset, design thinking and the important of user journey.
