Steve ​has built, scaled, and transformed a diverse range of global organizations.​ Currently he serves as chief HR officer and chief inclusion officer at the United States Golf Association (USGA). He is responsible for leading the organization through an intentional transformation aligned with their strategy and core values to lead, serve and inspire. Steve also serves as an industry change agent and influencer focused on ​​developing the next and more diverse generation of golf​ industry ​leaders and volunteers and driving cross industry collaboration and accountability to achieve sustained success. In his spare time, Steve​ is perfecting is black and white photography skills, and you guessed it: golfi​ng anywhere he can.
