Steven Rubin is a co-founder of the business and is focused on the organization’s strategy and operations. Mr. Rubin has 23 years of experience as a senior executive and business leader for a variety of online software, consumer and business-to-business service companies including ten years at GE Capital.

Prior to starting OnSource he served as Vice President and General Manager of TelaPoint, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wright Express (WXS: NYSE) and a leading web-based supply chain optimization software and services company for Fortune 500 businesses. Prior to joining TelaPoint, Mr. Rubin served as Vice President of Service Delivery and CIO for Cross Country building national distribution networks and scalable technology platforms while optimizing service delivery quality and cost performance. Prior to joining Cross Country, Mr. Rubin was an associate with Schaffer Consulting, a management-consulting firm based in Stamford, Connecticut focused on assisting leading organizations around the world with the implementation of successful change efforts. Prior to this experience Mr. Rubin held a variety of finance, consulting and operational roles at GE and GE Capital where he was also a graduate of their prestigious Financial Management Program.

He received his undergraduate degree in management from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA in strategy from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.
