Steve Long
Director of Innovation and Learning, Dome Construction

Steve Long joined Dome Construction in 1998 upon graduation from Stanford University with a Masters in Construction Engineering and Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UCLA. Steve spent his career in all facets of construction operations from Project Management, to Preconstruction Services, and is currently the Director of Innovation and Learning. He has been instrumental in implementing all ERP solutions, is an active member in the Lean Construction community, and is responsible for companywide training and education. After 10 years in the industry, Steve became a partner and joined the senior leadership team. A native of the East Bay, he enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and three children.
