Steve Arntz has been working in technology for 15 years and has spent the last 10 years working on problems related to human development. He is passionate about a concept he calls, "augmented humanity" and is constantly looking for the perfect mix of humanity and technology. Steve has been an avid reader since he first read the classic book, "The Giving Tree," and is working to strengthen employee culture through books. He believes that the perfect culture is the one in which everyone can feel a sense of safety and belonging and find ways to do the best work of their lives on productive and inspired teams.
