Stephen Ludwig, a senior communications coach with Total Coaching Systems, has 33 years’ experience as a professional communicator and corporate executive. Steve started his professional career in radio and television at the age 18. After leaving broadcasting he became a recognized expert in strategic communications planning and execution, organizational strategic development, public relations, marketing, internal communications, facilitation, executive counsel, and public speaking.
Steve has held senior leadership roles at two FORTUNE 500 companies, most recently as a Vice President with CH2M HILL; has won state-wide elected office twice as a University of Colorado Regent; and serves on the board of directors, where he has held a number of leadership roles including vice-chairman of the board, and chairman of the strategic planning and the budget and finance committees, for a public institution with a $4.4 billion annual budget and 35,000 employees.
